Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns are applicable if there is any ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can proceed to claim your return. 

To claim a return for defects:

As soon as you receive the item, make sure that it is not damaged, but if it is follow these steps:

  • You must provide digital images showing conclusive proof of the defect
  • You must submit proof of date of original purchase
  • Returns are not applicable if there is damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use or normal wear and tear
  • If there was an accident with the Shipping Courier, contact us and we will solve it, but it'll take time

If you decide that after your purchase of one of our products you want a return, for any other reason than quality and craftsmanship, there is a 20% restocking fee.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as lotions, creams, oils, sheets cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at info@massagetablespro.com first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Custom made items are non-refundable. That includes any stationary or electric lift tables, custom widths, custom wood finishes, leather upholstery and premium color, because they are made to order. If the color is not in stock or costs more, it is considered as a premium color and is also made to order.

Refunds (if applicable)

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Massage Tables Pro and the manufacturers reserve the right to first fix your product with a replacement part, before giving out a total refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@massagetablespro.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. That applies for coupons too.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different color or feature, send us an email at support@massagetablespro.com and we will get back at you to tell you to which address you must ship the product back to. Shipping costs may apply, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How To Cancel An Order

You can cancel an order by replying to the instant order confirmation you received when you made your order online, it’s the fastest and easiest option. Just inform us as to why you needed to cancel the order and we will process it as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel the transaction before they ship, you will receive 100% refund on most orders. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, you will have to exchange or refund the items based on the conditions mentioned above. That may mean shipping cots and restocking fee.

Shipping

We have a Free Shipping policy that applies for all products shipping in all States unless an order requires lift gate, except Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, where shipping costs will apply. Our Shipping times go from 3 to 60 days, depending on the product, especially because sometimes manufacturers don't have their products ready. if such is the case, we will contact you, let you know and offer a possibility of a solution.

Shipments To Canada

We can ship to Canada too! However, there is the import tax and the customs broker to pay. The price will therefore be adapted as to add the 5% import tax, plus the custom brokers charges which is of $49.95 as a fee for the filing.

It’s a fairly simple process and we can assure you that the customs broker takes care of everything. If you are in Canada, contact us so we can coordinate everything with you, but trust us, it's simple!

Customized Orders

For customized orders, shipping times may vary and we don't have the exact shipping times, as well as costs may vary depending if the order requires lift gate.

 

Returns Costs

To return your product, you should email us at info@massagetablespro.com. We will get back at you in less than 24 hours to tell you to which address you should mail the product to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
